Adverse drug reactions can be caused due to a variety of reasons. A few common root causes include :

SafeRxp was developed by Carnegie Mellon University (world's leading university in Artificial Intelligence) in partnership with SafeRxp Inc. This Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS)​ can help prevent Adverse Drug Reactions and save lives.
